]]> Today, my daughter experienced Hair, the musical, for the first time outside of my uterus.
I showed her the video that first got me hooked, their performance at the 2009 Tony’s, and she loved it. Obviously. Because it’s amazing. And because she’s my child.

And after watching she sat quietly, introspectively for a few beats before saying “I really like that. It is a very hairy song.”
She’s a wise one, this little chickadee.
