April #birchbox

I am very excited to be a #Birchblogger,

which means that I had the chance to unbox the April #birchbox for my ever so popular Youtube Channel (In actuality I have 0 subscribers and less than 200 views).

I love my subscription to birchbox, a gift that was given to me by my husband as a surprise last year, and opening the new box each month is a little bit like being a kid on Christmas Morning (and by kid, I mean an in-denial-30 year old Jewish girl). I have found some of my favorite products in my Birchbox boxes, and as you can see in the video below, I am quite excited to try out this month’s spoils.

Later this month, I will be participating in the #BirchBoxBookClub as I have been sent a promotional copy of a new novel called “The Knockoff” by Lucy Sykes and Jo Piazza.

I am a great lover of great literature, having studied as an English major and English teacher,

BUT,

that doesn’t mean that I don’t like to get down with some meaningful chick lit.

From Amazon, An outrageously stylish, wickedly funny novel of fashion in the digital age, The Knockoff is the story of Imogen Tate, editor in chief of Glossy magazine, who finds her twentysomething former assistant Eve Morton plotting to knock Imogen off her pedestal, take over her job, and reduce the magazine, famous for its lavish 768-page September issue, into an app.

Makeup, magazines,

fashion mavens and face masks,

oh my!

#BirchBloggers FTW!
