When I went to my OB for my 6 week postpartum checkup,
the Doc cleared me to resume normal life activities.
He told me I may not want to go too crazy,
and start running 3 miles again….
Um….again?
I had to tell him that I’ve maybe run 3 collective miles in all of my years.
In any case, he told me that I was healed from my c-section.
However, I am still waiting for the day that I feel healed, fully.
And when will I know that, you ask?
When I can do the Worm again.
